I have been involved in many real estate transactions over many years both as a lawyer and also as a licensed broker myself and also as a principal in buying and selling property. Rarely have I had the pleasure of receiving real estate brokerage service as consistently helpful and professional and reliable as that provided by the two of you in connection with this transaction.

As you know, the general partner of my client was thrust into the position of foreclosing upon and then winding up the construction and then selling the house when her husband died. Since neither she nor I live anywhere near Hollister, we both had to rely upon the two of you to help not only with the usual broker duties but also with the many things that were outside the usual scope of broker involvement. We were impressed with the way you anticipated and then fully met all of our needs under these difficult circumstances and were always so pleasant to deal with in the process.

Augie went beyond expectations

We would like to take this opportunity to express our appreciation to Augie for the excellent job he did in representing us as buyers. We are very happy about our new home in Hollister as well as the whole process of searching and purchasing this home with the help from Augie and his wife Calla also offer us invaluable advices. He was thoroughly professional and diligent throughout the entire process. We always felt well informed and that our interests were being advocated. Augie went beyond expectations. We usually only are available during the lunch break time and after-work hours.

Augie always finds ways to accommodate us. One example is about post-sell service. One week after move-in, when heard that we were still figuring out how to operate some fancy lights and appliances, he immediately volunteered to help (and he did come to our home!!).
